  • Founder, CEO & Chairman of the Board. A Civil Engineer by profession and a graduate of the prestigious Cebu Institute of Technology-University. With a vast knowledge and experience in the field being in the construction business and deeply involved in Project Management since 1993. He founded the McHoward Construction and Development Corporation in 2004. His commitment is shown in all efforts to make his founded firm at par with other leading construction companies in Cebu and ultimately the country. He is a believer of Quality Management.
